Filter paced trains

Description and goal

Add a way to filter paced trains and unique trains in timetable filter tool.

This interface should also have end to end tests.

Acceptance criteria

• New select field in the filter tool
• Its label is Services, trains ("Missions, trains")
• The select options are All ("Tous"), Service ("Mission"), Train unique ("Unique train")
• Set by default to All
