As for REUSE and DCO, I unfortunately cannot participate next week due to a full-day workshop I'll host.

I'm obviously biased with REUSE, but I'd be all-in for that, especially as we can expect shared development and already saw that licensing can even be confusing with projects coming from just one organisation.

Regarding DCO, I'd be fine with making this mandatory, but I learnt that this raises contribution thresholds. I'm wondering about the actual benefit, especially if we make REUSE mandatory (which at least for new files asks contributors to provide licensing/copyright info).
