Description
Remove the "Beta" disclaimer message that was displayed on certain conditions (one time for non-French users coming from the IA).
Also remove the
Notificationcomponent that was used only by this message. I'll merge this as separate commits so this component can be easily restored if needed in the future, but for now let's not embark more dead code.
