[Feature request]: Disable sbb-specific content for standalone environment

Functionality

When exported (with standalone environment configuration), it would be nice to separate the "sbb-specific" content / functionnalities of NGE.

This behavior could live through standalone mode (but not sure if it would be good, i.e. if a standalone environment is used inside SBB organization?)

Basically:

• Some folks might want to run full NGE incl. backend outside of Switzerland, so might want to turn off SBB-specific bits in normal mode
• Some folks might want to retain the SBB-specific bits in the standalone mode

Any examples or a list of SBB-specific items would be helpful.
