Fix bug where charts were not using the same colour scheme as the chosen pfSense theme, which resulted in hidden text, etc. when using darker based themes. Now the page determines the colour scheme being used and uses the same scheme when drawing the charts.

• Provides an overview of your Start.ca data usage with pie charts under the Status menu
• Provides a widget that you can install on the pfSense dashboard that will provide a table of usage data
• As per Start's API specs, usage data is cached for 60 minutes at a time and so additional reloads during that period will simply be using the locally cached data (i.e. there is no point is constantly refreshing the page more than once an hour)

To install this package, download the file to your pfSense system and run the following command:

pkg add pfSense-pkg-Start_Quota-1.0.0.txz

This package is not part of the pfSense ports repository and so it cannot be installed from the pfSense package manager nor will it auto update itself. You must download and install the package manually.
