Problem Description

Creating the same user within an organization seems to totally crash the organization (all users previously created are wiped, impossible to create new one)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. create random organization
  2. create a random user in the organization
  3. create another identical user in the same organization. all previously created user in the org will be wiped and no way to create another user

Complementary information

I don't see any error log in thehive logs, neither cassandra
