Start waiting tasks when adding task logs

Problem Description

The feature request #540 introduced a regression where one can work on a task without starting it, keeping the task on Waiting status. But closing a case, cancels all the Waiting tasks, and this makes the list of tasks empty, since cancelled case are not displayed on the tasks list

Solution

When adding a task log on a Waiting task, assign the task to the log author and make it InProgress
