Problem Description

when a TheHive instance defines a large list of case templates, it's a PITA when a user wants to create a case from a template using the dropdown menu available from the header's New Case button.

the idea behind this FR is to open a modal dialog that allows selecting a case template from a list that supports sorting and filtering
