Problem Description

On a DEB package, dependency on virtual package should not mention any version. (https://askubuntu.com/questions/324818/correct-way-to-install-virtual-dependency)
The DEB package which depends on java-runtime (>= 8) | java-runtime-headless (>= 8) is uninstallable.
As JVM packages provides previous JVM as virtual package (java8-runtime, java9-runtim ...) a dependency to java8-runtime-headless should be sufficient to work with any version of JVM package higher than or equal to 8.
