Hello @steoleary Thanks for this PR, we have missed it, since it could have been merged into 3.4 Anyways, we will accept it and also add it into 4.0 RC2 |

When creating case templates I noticed that the task section when empty does not have a link to add a new task the same way as the metrics and custom fields sections do, so I added one to make it more consistent.
