Just adding some convenience scripts for CI and CD commands
scripts/ci.py: this will provide individual commands for individual ci checks and an overall entrypoint to run all the ci checks in a local dev environmentscripts/cd.py: this will provide individual commands for anything deployment related; build and publish commands at the moment
