This release is simply to provide a prebuilt version of the stand-alone single-binary CPUFeatures:

Command line application for checking which CPU features (extended instruction sets) the processor it runs on support.

The build is Release for x64 platform with Visual Studio 2022 Update 8 (MSVC++ 14.38), including a static version of the Visual C++ run-time.
