The built-in attributes expander is the same color as label text, making it easy to miss.

Suggestion:

This aligns with WCAG accessibility best practices.

Related:

It's possible Modified By is worth headlining at the same-level as Frame, Version, Mark as it is frequently sought after information. Having it behind 2 expanders results in a fair amount of clicks for some workflows.

There appears to be a bug that sometimes the Built-in Attributes does not display consistently.

It looks like it is only present for Localizations not States
