Step 1. Before you submit

  • I have read the Troubleshooting and Usage pages.
  • I've successfully updated to the latest version following the guidance.
  • I've successfully updated the system packages to the latest.

Step 2. Quick diagnose info

Quick diagnose Not required since its gnome and ags

Step 3. Describe the issue

Logs No log required

Wait a minute
Hata: 802-11-wireless-security.key-mgmt: özellik eksik.
Add that feature to install.sh.
Dont rely on gnome control center for wifi/internet anymore.

Reminder

  • I agree that it's usually impossible for others to help me without my logs.

Log is not required. Gnome control center says "Özel bilgiler gerekli ancak sağlanmamış" which translates to "Specific information required but not provided". Please use nmcli from now 😞

Türk müsün kankam.
O sorunu bende çözememiştim.
I also couldn't fix this problem.
It's just very annoying.
I used nmtui for connecting to internet everytime.

Şu anda PharmaRacist diye birinin Dotfile'ını kullanıyorum.
I'm currently using PharmaRacist's dotfile.
Which I'm currently maintaining the installer/dependencies/structure for it.

Can't reproduce, and unable to do anything about it cuz no log.

And if there is a problem with Gnome control center, it's not related to this project.

Closing.

@clsty clsty closed this as not planned Won't fix, can't repro, duplicate, stale Feb 21, 2025

Closing.

The log when connecting to some wifi for first time is from gnome control center: "Specific information required but not provided"

When connecting for second (or more) time is: failed (from ags, nmcli needs a feature it starts with 802.11)
Fix for connecting for second or more times is : add --ask parameter before password text.
