Mietin näitä että miksi korostetaan nimenomaan poissaoloja? Onko se se olennaisempi tieto vs. työvuoro? Näkyykö siinä edes poissaolot muuta kuin implisiittisesti?

Veikkaan tän pointin olleen korostaa että saikut yms suunnittelemattomat poissaolot ei näy tuossa
