Add syscalls to operator seccomp profile #1434

What type of PR is this?

What this PR does / why we need it:

Looks like we have to add the following syscalls to the default operator profile:

11     munmap
201    time
273    set_robust_list
97     getrlimit

Beside that, I now ensured that the list of syscalls is sorted alphabetically.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Fixes #1404

Modified default operator seccomp profile for Amazon Linux 2 (5.4.226-129.415.amzn2.x86_64)
