Three more items,

  • Delivered 13 patch releases (6 for release 3.5 and 7 for release 3.4).
  • Formed the dedicated release team to streamline and enhance the release process. (cc led by @ivanvc and @jmhbnz )
  • Introduced bbolt surgery commands to repair corrupted database files where possible.

Should we include the Prow job migration? Even though we didn't finish it in 2024, we made a lot of progress, including migrating all of our ARM64 jobs.
