Are you sure you have the right email? Is there another email connected to the account, if so use that. |

Hi, I am trying to verify by logging with other email id and added the email id that need to be verified. Its showing that we send an verification email but that verification email i am not receiving. I have created a ticket to Gihub support team.Let see. Regards, |

HI, I forget my github password, i am trying to reset it , i solved the puzzle many times, and hit send email for reset button, but i am not getting any email ,moreover getting attached error. please help me in reseting the password , as my token is expired and i need password to regenerate it. |

I have this issue but I can remember my username, email address and password. I left the organisation whose email address I used so I cannot receive the password reset link. What can I do in this case, please? |

I am facing same issue with my organization email. I am not getting password reset mail, since it is saying "This address is either invalid, not a verified primary email or is not associated with a personal user account. Organization billing emails are only for notifications." Please help me to resolve this. |

Check if the email address you are using is verified. Github requires email addresses to be verified before they can be used for password resets. If the email address is not verified, you will need to verify it first.
If not work, you can try contacting Github's support team for further assistance. They will be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and regain access to your account.
