Release builds have been broken since this commit. amd64 builds work (integration tests pass), but arm64 builds fail because of a segmentation fault 🤨 Let's just revert, we didn't need the bump. Hopefully next time we try bumping the issue will have been fixed.
(I haven't submitted a bug report, I don't have time for it right now.)
