First Italian translation draft

Hello everyone,
This is the first draft of the translation of the CoC into Italian language. 🇮🇹 🇮🇹 🇮🇹 🇮🇹

Few issues here.

• I couldn't figure out how to add the link to the translation in the index.
  Having a look at the rb file it should pick it up automatically but, at least in my local machine, it doesn't.
  It could definitely be a problem with my setup but at this point I didn't have a lot of time to investigate.
• Italian language doesn't have gender-neutral pronouns. Whenever I could I used the "i/e", "gli/le", etc, form. In case you find some missing ones, please let me know and I'll update them.
• I tried to be as close as possible to the English version. Sometimes I translated some words with a more complex concept: I'd like some feedback in case something sounds too strange or doesn't really match the original document intentions.

That's it. It took me way less time than I thought which makes me think I could have done it way earlier than today. But yeah.. :)

In the German version, we tried to use neutral tone, avoiding pronouns. Is that possible in Italian?

Hi @skade,
I see what you mean. I translated using that style the Spanish-speaking people used for their translation.
In that case they also used the same form (reference).
I don't exclude that we could rewrite it using a neutral tone but if you don't mind, I'd wait for the opinion from the proof-readers and see what they think about. :)

@10ko sure, we also give leeway to translators there, you know your language best :). I assume there will be a few people looking at that over the next days, I contacted a few.

hi :) I was asked to take a look.
my 2 cents on pronouns/endings: some uses *.
Example: "Buongiorno a tutt*"
Another option might be to use the "si". Example: "si richiede che si sia rispettos*"

To answer @skade, unfortunately those solutions cannot be applied to all cases :( @10ko pick is probably the less problematic, and people are also used to see it in official documents.

Foreign words don't get the plural form, usually.

la regola vale per tutte le parole straniere: invariabili se entrate nell'uso comune, col plurale d'origine se sentite come esotismi.

I am not sure this can be considered an "exotic" word.

ps. Some of the mistakes were very simple. It's unbelievable how much the expat years and a GB keyboard can impact your ability in writing in your own language. :O
