Initial version of IDX scraper:

1. Fetch file URL to download from IDX
2. Download and process the files from IDX

* This instance of release disabled the file deletion after processing, which might consume storage space

** Reason for release: as bookkeeping in case the file download URL pattern change, this version might be of use
