* From now on, gettext 0.18.0 or later will be required to update catalog
(i.e. msgmerge has to have --lang option).
* Makefile.in.in should not be modified: Customization should be done by
editing Makevars (and xgettext.pl).
* DIST_DEPENDS_ON_UPDATE_PO was set to "no", i.e. "make dist" won't force
updating *.pot.
