This adds two utilities to Plumbum. The first is a simple wrapper for configuration files, to allow plumbumonic access to
.inifiles. The second is an image viewer, and was intended to be an example for a use of the color library, but might occasionally be useful for terminal image viewing. A random image was added to examples to test on.
