PRs done by dependabot do not match our configuration for gitlint. As there is not much to make dependabot commits be conform to our gitlint settings it should be ignored for now. Signed-off-by: Jens Erdmann <[email protected]>
Add github actions to the scope of dependabot. This will make it update the github workflow automatically as well. Signed-off-by: Jens Erdmann <[email protected]>

Make dependabot be exempt from gitlint as it is not follwoing our rules in this regard by now.
Also add github actions to the scope of dependabot.
