What happened?

On the reference map, user can select a theme, and this one is also applied on the editor map (state is shared).
But on the editor, it's not possible to change it

What did you expect to happen?

Be able to change the theme on the editor

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

  • Go on the ref map
  • Open the panel settings
  • Choose the "blueprint" theme
  • Go to the editor

The map is using the "blueprint" theme and it's not possible to change it in this page

What operating system, browser and environment are you using?

  • Browser: Firefox v109
  • OS: Nixos v22.11
  • Env: Local

OSRD version (top right corner Account button > Informations)

Close #5806 & #5821

- Adding the MapSettingsMapStyle component in the editor settings, and for
that I changed a little bit the CSS.
- sync labels of data and map layer in the editor with the one on the map.
- adding missing color to some theme (see #5821)
